It’s made of Hobby Lobby brand I Love This Cotton. I love knitting with it and it is super soft. This yarn washes and dries beautifully which is great for young parents.
Assuming a gauge of 4.5 stitches to the inch:

Size 8 with a 32″ cord with a gauge of 18 stitches per 4 inches

Cast on 5 stitches with Green. Knit 1 row.
Next row Knit 4, yo, knit to end.
Repeat this row until 1 green skein is used (180 yards), ending on a WS row
Change to Orange.
Continue in pattern for 1 skein (180 yards), ending on a WS row.
Change to Yellow
Continue in pattern for 1 skein (180 yards), ending on a WS row.
Begin Decreases
Change to Green.
Next Decrease Row Knit 3, k2tog, yo, k2tog, k to end.
Continue in pattern for 1 skein (180 yards), ending on a WS row.
Change to Orange
Continue in pattern for 1 skein (180 yards), ending on a WS row.
Repeat this row until there are 5 stitches on needle.
Bind off 5 stitches.
