Knitting the Cuddly Soft
Baby Blanket Pattern
I have been knitting the Cuddly Soft Baby Blanket for years. It is a simple pattern that beginners will enjoy but still interesting enough for more advanced knitters. If you can knit, purl and YO, then this pattern will be super easy and fun to knit! I like to make the stroller and carseat size. Young parents can even keep it in the carseat to keep their little ones warm in cold weather and also in air conditioning. It’s not bulky so it’s a great blanket to transport. Read on to find out more about this versatile pattern. I have made it many many times in several different colors and color combinations. Yarn, needle and pattern tips are all right here!

Pattern Notes
This baby blanket knitting pattern has an easy 14 row repeat that is simple to remember. For this project I changed color for each repeat to achieve a striping effect.
Knit it as wide or as long as you like.
Knit the blanket all in one color, or a variegated yarn, or change up the sections any way you want using up leftovers in your stash. This pattern is the ultimate stashbuster!
