Knitting Those Summer Days Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern
Those Summer Days Stroller Sized Blanket Knitting Pattern
Summer days invoke memories of sunshine, warmth, the outdoors, lazy days and little girls who love hearts and butterflies. Knitting this blanket is in celebration of all those happy memories and for light summer blankets to keep babies warm on cooler nights or in air conditioned spaces.
Those Summer Days is a stroller sized blanket knit with images of hearts and butterflies made entirely with knits and purls.
For this project I am using 5 different colors of yarn thanks to the creative genius of a little girl who knows exactly what she wants! Also included in this post is the pattern written out. If you prefer a polished pdf, I will upload that on Etsy and Ravelry as soon as I am finished.
That’s the fun part of knitting for me. I begin a project and often really have no idea what it’s going to look like when I’m done. Put some pretty colors together and it almost always is beautiful.
