Pattern Notes
The Three Wishes Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern is a simple and modern basket weave baby blanket knitting pattern.
First I chose three wishes that I wish for the new baby. In this case the wishes were for
* harmony * healing * hugs *
Pick 3 colors of worsted or aran weight yarn.
Using a size 8 needle the blanket begins with a garter stitch border. After the border, the color is cut and a new color joined in.
The front side of the blanket is knit while the back is knit and purled.
After 14 rows the yarn is cut and the third color is joined.
Remember that there is a 5 stitch knit border at the beginning and end of every row.
The pattern is clearly written and simple to understand.
