Knitting a Three Wishes Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern
The Three Wishes Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern is available on Ravelry and Etsy
Knitting a baby blanket is a special way to show your love and create something unique and meaningful for a special baby.
To get started, you’ll need three skeins of yarn in the colors of your choice, a set of knitting needles, and Three Wishes Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern, available on Ravelry and Etsy.
The stitches utilized in this project make this pattern a great choice for an easy and beginner-friendly project.
Once you have your supplies, you’ll need to decide on the three colors you’d like to use. Think about the wishes you have for the baby and choose colors that represent each one. For example, green is the color of nature and represents growth and new beginnings, and yellow represents sunshine, light, and happiness. You may want to choose red to represent power and endurance.
Every person is unique and each knitting project is limited only to your creativity and desire to knit something special.
Once you’ve picked your colors, start knitting the blanket! As you knit, think about the wishes you have for the baby and how you hope the blanket will bring them joy. When you’re finished, you’ll have a special blanket that represents your love and wishes for the baby.

What are your wishes?
I always wish for health, happiness and love of course, but I like to dig deeper and come up with some wishes that are more specific for the babies I knit for. His mama feels deeply about helping the homeless, especially veterans. So with that in mind here are my three wishes for this new baby:
1. May he always have the strength to face life’s challenges with determination and perseverance.
2. May he be surrounded by a supportive community that encourages and uplifts him during difficult times.
3. May he never forget that his worth and value are not defined by external circumstances, but by the unique and wonderful person that he is.
Included in this post is a free coordinating baby hat pattern in 3 sizes.
