An easy beginner fair isle hat project with matching booties.
Skills to know ↓
Worsted weight yarn.
Project shown in Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn in ocean (green) and soft blue.
Needles
Size 6 Circular Needles for the booties and size 8 circular needles for the hat.
The needles I am using for this project are my absolute favorite for hat knitting. They are the Knitpicks Caspian Options Short Interchangeable Circular Set. With small tips and 16″ cords I can knit baby hats in the round.
