I put away my hats for the spring and pulled this little gem out. It is one of the first hats I ever made with the fair isle technique. I don’t remember what yarn I used, unfortunately, but as I recall it was 2 skeins: one plain rose colored and the other variegated, both wool.
I used a size 2 needle for the ribbing and a size 4 for the body. It is still a bit loose for me. I cast on 96 stitches and increased to 120 per the pattern.
